Once you have approval, you can start by removing the old tiles and preparing the surface by cleaning and leveling it. Then, you can lay down the new tiles using tile adhesive and grout. It's important to keep in mind that you may need to return the apartment to its original condition when you move out, so consider using removable tile options or keeping the old tiles to reinstall later. **
